Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
Combine oats and almond milk in a large bowl.
Crack the eggs and separate the white from the yolk. Put the protein in a separate bowl. Whisk egg yolk and butter together in a small bowl. Stir into oat mixture.
Beat egg white in a bowl.
Stir brown sugar and baking powder into the oat mixture. Fold beaten egg white gently into the batter.
Place 1/2 cup dough on a preheated waffle iron and spread over the edges. Close the waffle iron and cook, about 5 minutes. Repeat the same for the rest of the test.
You can use any milk: almond, cow, oat, coconut, rice, soy, banana, or chocolate.
