Method

  • You can make almond milk yourself, or you can buy it at the store. To prepare, grind the almonds with water in a blender and strain through a sieve or cheesecloth into a separate container.

  • Grind the prepared almond milk with the rest of the ingredients in a blender to obtain a homogeneous mass.

  • Garnish with dill, spinach, sesame seeds and other seeds if desired.

Tips

  • For a thinner and creamier consistency, add more milk.
