  • Chia seeds

  • Lemon juice squeezed

  • Fresh ginger,

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and beat until thick and smooth. Add vegetables and fruits first, then everything else. Pour in 1 cup of water, and if it's too thick, add another 1/2 cup.
