Smoothie bowls are what they look like, but they are better. You can create just about any flavor combination you want, and then add your favorite fruits and other crunchy foods like cereals and nuts to it. This means that it is more enjoyable than a regular smoothie because you cannot drink it in 10 seconds. My go-to 5-minute smoothie bowl with just 3 ingredients! Satisfying, nutrient-rich, and naturally sweet! A healthy, plant-based breakfast or snack.

Tips

  • Add 1–2 dates if you want to make the bowl sweeter; if you choose ripe bananas, the bowls will be sweet without the date.

  • It is advisable to prepare fruits and berries for decoration before you grind bananas, berries and milk in a blender, while you chop the fruit.

  • It is better to use cold milk.
