You can create any flavor combination that you want. In addition, you can add your favorite fruits and other crunchy foods like cereals and nuts to it.

  • Coconut milk

  • Dates

Method

  • Beat all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  • Decorate as desired. Can add blueberries, strawberries, kiwi gold, watermelon pieces, coconut and sesame seeds.

Tips

  • Add 1–2 dates if you want to make the bowl sweeter; if you choose ripe bananas,then the bowl will be sweet without any dates.

  • It is advisable to prepare fruits and berries for decoration before you grind bananas, berries and milk in a blender, while you chop the fruit.

  •  It is better to use cold milk.
