Decorate as desired. Can add blueberries, strawberries, kiwi gold, watermelon pieces, coconut and sesame seeds.
Add 1–2 dates if you want to make the bowl sweeter; if you choose ripe bananas,then the bowl will be sweet without any dates.
It is advisable to prepare fruits and berries for decoration before you grind bananas, berries and milk in a blender, while you chop the fruit.
It is better to use cold milk.
