Turkey Quinoa Meatloaf

This dish will really become a favorite of your children. It's hearty and delicious. It pairs well with potatoes, rice and any other garnish. Can be used as a snack. This delicacy is versatile. It's delicate taste will be remembered for a long time. Try to cook.


  • Quinoa, rinsed
  • Water or chicken stock
  • Olive oil

  • Small onion, finely chopped

  • Prepare the ingredients in advance that you will use while cooking.

  • Take the saucepan. Boil the broth in it. You can find his recipe in the tips. Or use water while cooking. Place the quinoa into the simmering broth or water. Cook it over medium heat until done. It should be soft. This takes approximately 20 min.

  • Now it's time to prepare the frying. Fry vegetables in a pan. These are onions, carrots and bell peppers. Finally, add the garlic and stir. Cooking takes about 5 min.

  • Turn on and preheat oven to 350 F.

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients that are on the list except sugar. And use only two teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce. Place the resulting mass in a baking dish.

  • Mix sugar with two teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce. Coat your roll with this mixture. 

  • Let it bake for 50 min until done. Fine. The dish is ready. Let the roll cool. Decorate it to your liking and serve. Enjoy.
