Take the foods out of refrigerator in advance, let it stand for about 10 minutes. Break eggs in a bowl and add sugar. Beat this mixture with mixer, fork or whisk.
Then add cottage cheese and milk. Beat the mixture until smooth.
Melt the butter in a microwave or in a pot, then add to other ingredients.
Pour in semolina flour and beat. Add vanilla sugar, mix well and let it stand for about 15-20 minutes. Transfer this batter to the baking dish, greased with butter. Bake to 356 F for half an hour.
If the mixture is too runny, add more semolina flour.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper, then grease with oil.
Blend the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.
