Method

  • Slice Challah bread in about ½ inch thick slices and keep aside. You can also use pre-sliced brioche or any milk & egg bread. Sweeter Whole grain breads will also work, but their end flavor will be a bit nutty.

  • Spread Nutella or any other chocolate spread on each slice. Sprinkle powdered sugar and serve warm with maple syrup and your favorite toppings, like fresh berries or whipped cream.
