Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind in a blender until smooth.
Pour the raisins with boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, transfer to a paper towel.
Crack the eggs. Beat with a whisk, fork or mixer. Then add the cottage cheese. Beat until smooth. Gradually pour in milk.
Combine all dry ingredients. Be sure to sift the flour through a sieve. Then combine the dry ingredients with the liquid ones. Add raisins and nuts. Transfer the batter into silicone or paper baking molds, greased with butter.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 356 F. Transfer the molds with cupcakes to a preheated oven.
How to check when the cake is done? Pierce the center of the cupcake with a toothpick. If the toothpick is clean, the dish is done.
