Few children like milk oatmeal. But absolutely everyone eats pancakes. Prepare them from oatmeal, no one will guess that it is present in the composition. Rosy, sweet, delicious pancakes are a great snack for children and adults!

  • Yellow rice mix, cooked and cooled
    1 package
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
    cups
  • Kosher salt

  • Olive oil
    to taste

Method

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the rice, cheese, and salt and stir to combine well. 

  • Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pan. Carefully place 1/3 cup of the rice mixture into the hot oil and use a spatula to flatten into a patty. Saute until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
