Beef cutlet with tomato sauce

Sometimes the beef meat is dry, so make the tomato sauce to avoid it. Your guests will be delighted with such a juicy and tender taste of the dish. This quick recipe can be served with rice or salad. If you don’t have time, cook the beef cutlet with tomato sauce!

  • Ketchup

  • Tomato puree
    1 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil
    2 tbsp.
  • Chicken broth
    17,6 fl. oz
  • Provence herbs
    1 tsp.
  • Parsley
    2 tbsp.

Method

  • Peel the onion and garlic. Then finely chop it.

  • Break the egg and beat it.

  • Then put the ground beef, chopped garlic and onion, ketchup, provence herbs, bread crumbs and beaten egg to a bowl. Mix everything with your hands.

  • Then divide this meat mixture into 8 servings and make balls. Heat the frying pan, pour olive oil and brown the cutlets for 1 minute on each side. Then reduce heat to medium and brown for another 2 minutes on each side. At the end put on a paper towel.

  • Cook sauce. Add chicken broth, flour and tomato puree in a blender. Then pour this mixture to the frying pan, simmer for 3 minutes over moderate heat. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
