Method

  • Grind the beef in a blender.

  • Peel the onion, cut into small pieces and put in a blender.

  • Also add the butter and potato starch to blender. 

  • Put the ground beef to a bowl, pour milk and season with spices.

  • Finely chop the parsley and dill. Then add to the ground meat. Mix.

  • Make round cutlets, brown them on both sides in a frying pan until tender.
