Wash the cabbage, cut into strips. Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil and simmer the cabbage until it’s undercooked.
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. Then add to simmer together with cabbage. Cook until it’s done.
Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and finely cut. Add to the frying pan.
Wash the beef, cut into cubes. Simmer in a frying pan separately from vegetables until it’s done. The add the meat to the vegetables.
Peel the onion and carrot, finely cut them. Brown in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. At the end add to the stewed vegetables and beef. Simmer for 5 minutes and sprinkle with chopped garlic. Season to your taste.
