Hungarian beef stew with potatoes

Cooking time: 1 hour
Servings 4
Very tasty Hungarian beef stew which is called Goulash. It was a favorite dish of Hungarian shepherds who cooked it in metal cauldron. Goulash is made of beef meat, vegetables and hot sauce. We recommend the recipe without hot red pepper, but you can add to your taste. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
