The most delicious meals are made in the oven. We recommend to cook vegetables with beef in pots for any occasion. If you don’t like beef meat, substitute it with your favorite one. But don’t forget that pork and lamb are fatter, while the poultry is lean. Serve hot in pots with fresh herbs. Your guests will be delighted with such unusual presentation of dish.

Method

  • Cut the meat into small pieces. Season with salt and other spices. Mix well. Rest meat for a few minutes.

  • Peel the potatoes, then cut into small pieces or cubes.

  • Peel the carrot, wash it and cut into rings.

  • Take the pots and put the ingredients in the following order: carrot, potatoes, bay leaf and meat. Fill the pots with boiling water. Bake for about 45 minutes at 356 F.
