Don’t have ideas what to cook for a family dinner? Make roast with potatoes, pork and beef meat in the oven. You can use small clay pots or cast-iron skillet. Serve with salad to your taste.

Method

  • Tenderize meat with mallet, then cut it into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the frying pan, add a little vegetable oil and brown the meat over high heat.

  • Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil and brown until tender.

  • Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Brown in vegetable oil until golden brown.

  • Peel and crush garlic in press or finely cut it. Combine with browned onion.

  • Wash the herbs and finely cut it. Choose the herbs to your taste.

  • Take the pots, fill them with boiling water in half. Add the spices. Then put all ingredients: meat, onion, potatoes. Cover the pots with food foil.

  • Preheat the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 392 F. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
