Method

  • Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. Heat the frying pan, add butter and brown the potatoes on both sides.

  • Peel the onion, cut into rings. Brown also in the frying pan until golden brown.

  • Cut the beef into medium-sized chunks.Then brown in butter on both sides until golden brown.

  • Peel the carrot, cut into large rings.

  • Peel the garlic, finely chop it. The same do with herbs.

  • Take the pots and put the ingredients in the following order: meat, onion, potatoes, carrots. Season with spices. Fill the pots with water.

  • Bake in the oven for about 1-1.5 hours at 356 F. Pour with sour cream, sprinkle with herbs and garlic 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
