Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. Heat the frying pan, add butter and brown the potatoes on both sides.
Peel the onion, cut into rings. Brown also in the frying pan until golden brown.
Cut the beef into medium-sized chunks.Then brown in butter on both sides until golden brown.
Peel the carrot, cut into large rings.
Peel the garlic, finely chop it. The same do with herbs.
Take the pots and put the ingredients in the following order: meat, onion, potatoes, carrots. Season with spices. Fill the pots with water.
Bake in the oven for about 1-1.5 hours at 356 F. Pour with sour cream, sprinkle with herbs and garlic 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
