  • Chicken breast

  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. One egg should be whisked in another dish until the yolk and white are thoroughly combined.

  • The chicken breast should be pounded with a hammer until it is of an equal thickness. Afterward, first dip each piece into the breadcrumbs and then into the egg mixture. The process of dipping can be repeated twice to ensure better consistency.

  • Preheat a frying pan and add 4 tablespoons of oil. Place the chicken breast in the hot oil and cook for about 8 minutes on each side. When finished, take them off the fire and wipe off excess oil with a clean napkin.

  • Now, crack 4 eggs into a big skillet and cook them over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. For faster preparation, use a lid to cover the skillet. When done, place the eggs in a separate dish.

  • Put a large spoonful of béchamel sauce on the bottom of the buns and top with a lettuce leaf, cheese slice, chicken breast patty, and of course, the fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun and enjoy the flavors.


  • Instead of using a fried egg in the cheeseburger, try substituting with scrambled eggs. It is rather simple to make; when adding the eggs to the frying pan, stir them for 3–4 minutes, and they are done. If needed, season with salt and black pepper.
