Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut into medium slices.
Next, in a separate bowl, crack 6 eggs and whisk them for up to 2 minutes until the yolks and whites are thoroughly combined. Add 2 cups of milk and a pinch of salt to the same bowl, and whisk again.
The next step is to pour the egg mixture into the already-preheated skillet. Fry the omelette until it has a golden brown color; it usually takes around 6 minutes. Do not forget to do so on both sides of the omelette. Remove the skillet from the heat and place the omelette in a separate dish. Cut it into four even pieces.
Preheat the pan to medium-high heat. After one minute, place the bacon strips in a single layer. Cook the bacon for 5 minutes per side, until they become crispy.
Now build the cheeseburger by placing 1 lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, topping with tomato slices, a slice of cheese, bacon strips, and also the cut omelette piece. Serve the dish with some side meal, for example, rice, couscous, or any other crop.
