Are you a fan of cheeseburgers and do not know how to make a truly delectable one? Then just follow this recipe, and the end result will make your mouth water. A juicy and filling cheeseburger with lots of ingredients that combine well together creates a unique and flavorful burger.

Method

  • Place the ground beef in a large bowl and season it with one tablespoon of salt and black pepper. Mix well, and then form medium-sized patties. Do it carefully and try making them as equal in size as possible.

  • Preheat the grill and spray it with olive oil. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes per side. Place 1-2 slices of cheddar cheese on top of the patties and cook for 1 extra minute. Then, remove them from the heat and let them cool down for 5 minutes.

  • Wash the red onion and tomatoes, and then slice them into thin slices. Furthermore, slice 2 pickled cucumbers. When everything is cut, place the ingredients in a separate dish.

  • Now, assemble the cheeseburger. On the hamburger buns, spread a generous amount of ketchup and mustard. Afterward, top the patties with cheese, slices of red onion, pickled cucumbers, and tomatoes. Top everything with a lettuce leaf. Place the other half of the hamburger bun and serve the dish. Enjoy its taste and have an unforgettable meal!

Tips

  • When you buy ground beef, look for one with a higher fat content, around 80/20. This will allow the meat to be more juicy and flavorful.

  • For the patty to cook more evenly, try making a small hole in the center.
