It is a rather simple recipe when it comes to ingredients, but due to the pork patty, the cheeseburger becomes juicer. It is an unforgettable dish that can impress everyone after one little bite!

  • Cheddar cheese
    8 slices
  • Ketchup
    3 tbsp.
  • Mustard
    1 tbsp.

Method

  • Put the ground pork in a mixing bowl and season it with salt, black pepper, and any other seasonings to your taste. Afterward, start forming medium-sized patties.

  • Place the patties on the already-preheated grill. Cook them for 7–10 minutes on each side; when done, place the Cheddar cheese slice on top and let it melt for an extra minute. After that, remove the patty from the heat and let it cool for some 2 extra minutes.

  • Take the hamburger bun, cut it in half, and start forming the cheeseburger; for that, place 1 teaspoon of ketchup and a little mustard on the bottom part and top with one slice of Cheddar cheese, a pork patty, and another slice of cheese. Top everything with the other bun half and enjoy!

Tips

  • When preparing the cheeseburger, you can use any other toppings of your choice. For example, fried bacon, poached eggs, or even kimchi
