Not many prefer spicy meals, but this spicy cheeseburger is worth trying. The flavors and spices make the cheeseburger unique and truly delicious due to the seasoning used and, of course, variety of ingredients, such as tomatoes, red onions, swiss cheese, and more.


  • Hamburger buns

  • Hot sauce
    1 tbsp.
  • Salt
    2 tsp.
  • Black pepper

  • Wash and slice the red onion and tomatoes. Be careful not to cut thick slices because it might change the taste of the cheeseburger and it does not look very aesthetic. Also, cut the pickled cucumbers into thin slices.

  • In a large bowl, place the ground beef; season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of hot sauce. After combining the meat with the seasoning, form patties and place them on a dish. It is preferable that the patties are of medium size.

  • Preheat the grill and spray olive oil on top of it. Place the patties on it and cook for 5 minutes on each side. When they reach a distinct brown color, remove them from the heat and let them cool down for 5 extra minutes.

  • When it comes to assembling the cheeseburger, on the bottom part of the bun, spread 1 teaspoon of ketchup, then add the lettuce leaf, beef patty, cheese slice, pickled cucumber slices, red onion, and tomato. On the other half of the bun, spread 1 teaspoon of mustard and top the ingredients. Serve the cheeseburger with beverages, such as orange juice or any other of your choice.


  • What spicy seasoning can also be used for this cheesebuger? A great idea would be to use pure chile powder in the ground beef or finely minced fresh chiles.
