A savory cheeseburger with lots of vegetables that creates a burst of flavors after just one bite. Enjoy a meatless recipe that proves that a cheeseburger can be even more delectable by using lots of vegetables and delicious cheddar cheese.


  • Microgreens

  • First, the vegetables should be washed properly under lukewarm water. Afterward, take the tomatoes, red onion, and pickles and slice them into thin slices. 

  • Note that the microgreens and lettuce leaves also have to be thoroughly washed. Wipe off the excess water from them.

  • When assembling the cheeseburger, do it as you wish. An important step is to spread a spoonful of ketchup on the top and bottom of the buns. Place two slices of cheddar cheese in the cheeseburger for a more savory and juicy taste. It is rather simple to make and is enjoyed with some side dishes, for example, fried sweet potatoes.


  • This cheeseburger goes well with a variety of toppings. For example, try adding a fried egg to the cheeseburger, or even fried bacon for those who are not vegan.
