  • The first step is to wash and slice the tomatoes and red onion into thin slices. The thinner the slices, the more aesthetically pleasing the hamburger will look.

  • Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs in a medium mixing bowl. In another dish, whisk one egg until the egg white and yolk are well mixed.

  • Use a hammer to pound the chicken breast; do it until the breast has an even thickness. Afterward, first dip each piece into the breadcrumbs and then into the egg mixture. The process of dipping can be repeated twice to ensure better consistency.
