First, wash the tomatoes, red onions, and cucumbers well under lukewarm water. Use a clean napkin to wipe off any excess water, then slice the vegetables thinly.
Next, in a separate bowl, crack 4 eggs and whisk them for up to 1 minute until the yolks and whites are combined. Add 2 cups of milk and a pinch of salt to the same bowl, and whisk again.
The next step is to pour the egg mixture into the already-preheated skillet. Fry the omelette until it has a golden brown color; it usually takes around 6 minutes. Do not forget to do so on both sides of the omelette. Remove the skillet from the heat and place the omelette in a separate dish. Cut it into four even pieces.
The next step is to assemble the hamburger. Cut the hamburger buns in half and spread pesto on the bottom halves. Top with cabbage leaves, sliced tomatoes, cucumber, and a piece of omelette. Cover with the remaining hamburger buns and serve with a refreshing beverage, such as apple juice or coffee.
