  • Prepare all the ingredients in the right amount that you will use while cooking. Wash and clean components. Cut everything you need into cubes or strips. This will allow you to simplify and speed up the cooking process.

  • Prepare the meat. Take a frying pan or a cauldron. Fry the meat a little in vegetable oil. Then add salt and spices. Stir. Pour in a glass of water and simmer the meat for 15-20 min. Do not bring the meat to full readiness. It will be completely ready when the dish itself is cooked in the oven. Use a slow cooker. Then you can do other things without being distracted. In this case, first use the frying mode and then the stewing mode.

  • Take a deep container. Add the vegetables indicated in the recipe. Add two kinds of oil. Stir the mixture thoroughly.

  • Add flour. Stir again. Connect remaining ingredients except meat. Stir. Don't add too much flour. Follow the recipe.
