This broccoli and cheese casserole is a really delicious dish. There is no need to have special culinary skills, only cut broccoli into florets, prepare all other ingredients and put into the oven. Easy and tasty!


  • Broccoli
    4 cups
  • Eggs
    4 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs
    2 cups
  • Sour cream
    1 cups
  • Butter
    2 tbsp.
  • Cheese
    1 cups
  • Nutmeg
    to taste
  • Salt, ground black pepper
    to taste

  • Rinse broccoli, cut  into florets. Fill a pot with water and cook for 10 minutes.

  • Grate cheese.

  • Mix the following ingredients in a bowl: sour cream, eggs and grated cheese. Season with spices and ground nutmeg.

  • Grease the baking tray with olive oil. Then spread the breadcrumbs all over the surface. Next, put the broccoli and pour with egg mixture. Cut the butter into small pieces and spread over the baking sheet. Bake in the oven to 392 F for 20 minutes.
