Summer is the season of squash. So don’t lose time, cook delicious meal and get plenty of vitamins. Make a delicious meal for your friends and family!

  • Squash
    14 oz
  • Grated hard cheese
    1 tbsp.
  • Eggs
    2 pcs.
  • Sour cream
    6 tbsp.
  • Wheat flour
    16 tbsp.
  • Baking soda
    tsp.
  • Salt, ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Green onion
    to taste

Method

  • Rinse squash, then grate.

  • Cut herbs.

  • Combine baking soda with sour cream. Then let it stand for 5 minutes.

  • Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl: beaten eggs, salt, pepper and wheat flour. Then grease the baking tray with olive oil. Transfer the squash mixture to the baking sheet. Bake to 356 F for 50 minutes.
