Rinse squash and cut into cubes.
Rinse parsley, finely cut it.
Take a bowl, break eggs and beat them. Then add milk, dried basil herbs. Mix well.
Add grated cheese to the egg mixture. Season with spices, pour olive oil (1 tbsp.) and add flour. Mix well.
Preheat oven to 392 F. Grease the baking tray or dish with olive oil. Put the chopped squash in the oven, pour egg mixture on top. Bake for 45 minutes. If desired, sprinkle the grated cheese before serving.
