Meat and vegetables, two products that complement each other perfectly, but what if you add apples to them? You'd be surprised, but it makes a very tasty dish!

  • Put the vegetables in a slow cooker and sprinkle them with spices. Pan-fry the meat in oil on all sides, season, and then transfer to the vegetables. Place apples and bay leaf on top, add vinegar and juice.

  • Cook with the lid on high power for about 3 hours. The meat should be soft.
