Method

  • Rinse chicken fillet, cut into thin steaks.

  • Break the eggs, beat them with a fork. Then add flour, salt, coriander and other spices to your taste. Mix well. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Then dip the chicken steaks into the egg mixture and transfer to the baking sheet. Bake in the oven to 356 F for 30 minutes.
