A simple recipe for a fried chicken with Teriyaki sauce. If you like spicy dishes, add crushed garlic, grated ginger and chopped chili pepper. The cooking time is not more than 10 minutes. Brown only the marinated chicken, you will get a spicy and sweet meal. Serve with rice, noodles or salad.

  • Honey
    8 tbsp.
  • Butter

  • Potato starch

Method

  • Cut the chicken breast into strips or any other shape. Then add Teriyaki sauce, honey. Mix well. Leave to marinate for an hour.

  • Dip the marinated chicken with starch.

  • Heat the frying pan, add butter. Saute the chicken until golden brown over medium heat for about 7 minutes.

Tips

  • If you don’t have brown sugar, use white one.

  • 2 cups water to 1 cup long-grain rice.
