Make marinade. Peel the ginger and onion. Wash these ingredients under running water, then grate them. Peel the garlic, then crush in a press. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Next, add soy sauce, sugar and sake. Mix well.
Cut the fillet into large pieces. Then soak them for 30 minutes.
Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil. Saute the chicken pieces on both sides until the chicken is caramelized. Then remove the chicken pieces into a bowl.
Pour the marinade to this frying pan. Cook for about 4 minutes. Then return the chicken to the pan. Cook, stirring for a few minutes. Serve with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
If you don’t have brown sugar, use white one.
Use Wok pan or a heavy-bottomed frying pan for cooking chicken.
