This main dish is cooked of potatoes, carrot and chicken meat. You will get a tender and flavored meal for whole family. If you are on diet, this dish is made for you.   • Butter

  • Cheese
    3,5 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil

  • Ground black pepper

Method

  • Peel the onion and carrot. Then finely cut the onion, grate the carrot.

  • Wash chicken fillet, dry with a paper towel. Then cut into the cubes.

  • Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil. Brown chicken meat, onion and carrot until tender. Season with salt.

  • Grate cheese.

  • Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes.

  • Take the pots and put the ingredients in the following order: chicken with vegetables and potato. Season with spices. Then fill the pots with boiling water.

  • Divide the butter into portions, place in each pot. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.

  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 356 F.
