Rinse chicken breast, remove fat and joints. Then cut into steaks, cover with film cling and beat with a meat tenderizer.
Break eggs into a bowl, beat them. Then add soy sauce and mustard. Mix well. Dip the chicken steaks in the breadcrumbs, next in the egg mixture, and into the breadcrumbs again. Heat the frying pan, pour in oil and add steaks. Brown meat for 3 minutes each side. Finally, dry with a paper towel.
