In a small bowl, add the salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. To ensure a good mixture of the ingredients, rub the seasonings into the duck legs.
Then, combine the eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs in three separate small bowls. Duck legs are dipped in various egg mixtures after being whisked. Repeat it twice if desired.
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and then transfer the seasoned duck legs. Fry the meat for 10 minutes on each side, or until it turns a light brown hue. The skin ought to get crispy.
Once the duck legs are well cooked, remove them from the pan and wipe off any extra oil with a napkin. Serve the dish with different side dishes, such as rice or risotto. If desired, decorate the duck legs with 1-2 sprigs of rosemary. Enjoy!
To make the duck legs incredibly crispy, they must be chilled for at least an hour before frying.
