Fried Duck Legs

  • Duck legs

  • In a small bowl, add the salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. To ensure a good mixture of the ingredients, rub the seasonings into the duck legs.

  • Then, combine the eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs in three separate small bowls. Duck legs are dipped in various egg mixtures after being whisked. Repeat it twice if desired.

  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and then transfer the seasoned duck legs. Fry the meat for 10 minutes on each side, or until it turns a light brown hue. The skin ought to get crispy.

  • Once the duck legs are well cooked, remove them from the pan and wipe off any extra oil with a napkin. Serve the dish with different side dishes, such as rice or risotto. If desired, decorate the duck legs with 1-2 sprigs of rosemary. Enjoy!
