Before cooking the dish, in a small dish, mix together the flour, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Take the duck legs and rub the seasonings so that the meat is covered thoroughly.
Oil the surface of a big skillet with vegetable oil. Increase the heat to a medium-high level and let the vegetable oil warm. Once the duck legs are in the pan, cook for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, until the skin is crispy.
In the pan with the fried duck legs, add the frozen cranberries together with the sugar, water, and, if desired, cinnamon. Mix everything and cook on high-medium heat for around 15 minutes until the cranberries reach a soft texture and the sauce has a thick consistency.
When everything is done, serve the dish. Place the duck legs on a beautiful serving dish and sprinkle the cranberry sauce on top. Enjoy the delectable taste of this dish.
