Before cooking the duck on a grill, make small cuts in the duck skin using a knife. They should be done in a criss-cross pattern. Then take the seasonings, such as salt, black pepper, and paprika, and rub them into the duck breast. Sprinkle some olive oil on top of the duck breast.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle the gril with olive oil. After a few minutes, transfer the duck breast onto the grill and cook it on every side for around 10 minutes. If you want the duck breast to be medium-rare, then cook them for around 6–8 minutes per side.
When everything is done, serve the dish, and if desired, decorate the duck breast with rosemary stems; this will give more aroma to the meat. Enjoy!
