Method

  • Before cooking the duck on a grill, make small cuts in the duck skin using a knife. They should be done in a criss-cross pattern. Then take the seasonings, such as salt, black pepper, and paprika, and rub them into the duck breast. Sprinkle some olive oil on top of the duck breast. 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle the gril with olive oil. After a few minutes, transfer the duck breast onto the grill and cook it on every side for around 10 minutes. If you want the duck breast to be medium-rare, then cook them for around 6–8 minutes per side.

  • When everything is done, serve the dish, and if desired, decorate the duck breast with rosemary stems; this will give more aroma to the meat. Enjoy!

  • How do you check if the meat is fully done? With the help of the meat thermometer, check the inner temperature of the meat; it should reach around 165°F.
