Just imagine having a delicious dinner of juicy duck meat with pumpkin and apples. A perfect combination for a savory meal with family or friends. The roasted duck with this delicious stuffing is a recipe worth trying!


  • Whole duck

  • Apples

  • Onion

  • Garlic
    2 cloves
  • Olive oil

  • Black pepper

  • Dried thyme

  • Wash the pumpkin and remove its skin, and scoop out the seeds. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes with a knife. The apples should also be treated similarly; the skin should be peeled, and the apples should be sliced into little pieces, like cubes.

  • Take the onion, peel it, and then cut it into thin slices. Remove the garlic skin and mince it.

  • Add thyme, black pepper, and salt to the duck meat to season it. 2 tablespoons of olive oil should be sprinkled on. Place all of the prepared ingredients inside the duck. Rub some extra minced garlic on the duck meat, if preferred.

  • Turn the oven on to 375°F. Transfer the duck to a tray that has already been oiled. When the duck is cooked through and the skin turns brown, roast the meat for two, to two and a half hours. When everything is finished, serve the duck and indulge in one of the tastiest dishes!


  • If you prefer a larger diversity of ingredients, then you can improvise and add stuffing carrots, celery, or other ingredients of your choice.
