Sift flour. Combine flour with baking soda and salt. Then add milk and knead a stiff dough.
Roll out the dough to about 1/8 in. thick. Then cut into small squares.
Sprinkle with flour. Drop into the boiling soup. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Make sure that there is enough liquid in your pot. Dumpling need much liquid.
