Take a bowl. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
Melt margarine in the microwave or in a saucepan. Then add to a bowl, pour in milk. Stir until the dough is soft.
Take a spoon and drop the batter into soup or milk. Close the pot, cook for about 15 minutes.
Make sure that there is enough liquid in your pot. Dumpling need much liquid.
