Wash the lemon, then cut into slices.
Cut the fish fillet into small pieces.
Grind the parsley and garlic in a blender. Then add a mixture with olive oil and spices.
Cover the baking sheet with paper, grease it with olive oil. Firstly put the lemon, then – the pollock.
Top the fish with the parsley and garlic sauce. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
