Baked pollock with lemon

Pollock is usually cooked when dieting. But you can also bake in in the oven with an unusual sauce. You will spend just a few minutes for cooking and will be satisfied with the result. Baked pollock can be served on a festive table or a family dinner.

Method

  • Wash the lemon, then cut into slices.

  • Cut the fish fillet into small pieces.

  • Grind the parsley and garlic in a blender. Then add a mixture with olive oil and spices.

  • Cover the baking sheet with paper, grease it with olive oil. Firstly put the lemon, then – the pollock.

  • Top the fish with the parsley and garlic sauce. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
