Cook the onion and cut it into half rings. Saute in a pan in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then spread evenly on a baking sheet.
Peel the carrots, grate them. Then saute until tender and put on a baking sheet.
Cut the fish fillet into strips. Pour flour on a flat plate and roll the pollock before saute. Saute on both sides over moderate heat. Then put it to the baking sheet.
To make sauce, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and spices. At the end pour the sauce over the fish. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
