Remove the skin and bones from salmon, then cut it into pieces.
Squeeze lemon juice and pour over the fish.
Then add salt, pepper, white wine and capers. Leave marinating for 20 minutes.
Put the fish on bamboo skewers and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with foil.
Simmer the marinade and cream for about 10 minutes. Pour the marinade over the fish when it’s done.
