Baked salmon with soy sauce

  • Soy sauce

  • Sesame oil
    2 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper

  • Remove the skin from salmon fillet, cut the fibres into small pieces (2 cm thick).

  • Then cut the sweet red pepper into rings.

  • Take the baking sheet and grease it with a small amount of sesame oil and put the fish fillet.

  • Put the red pepper between the pieces of fish, pour with soy sauce and squeeze the lemon on top.

  • Sprinkle with spices and bake the salmon in the oven for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
