Remove the skin from salmon fillet, cut the fibres into small pieces (2 cm thick).
Then cut the sweet red pepper into rings.
Take the baking sheet and grease it with a small amount of sesame oil and put the fish fillet.
Put the red pepper between the pieces of fish, pour with soy sauce and squeeze the lemon on top.
Sprinkle with spices and bake the salmon in the oven for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
