Fried fish eggs

Method

  • Cut the fish eggs into portion pieces. Season with salt.

  • Transfer each piece on the plate with flour. Roll it on both sides.

  • Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil and transfer the fish eggs into it. Fry one side until the edges get pink-orange color. Then flip the other side. Cook for about 1.5 minutes and the dish is ready.

  • Transfer the fried eggs to a paper towel to get rid of fat.
