Method

  • Skate fish has a bitter taste and unpleasant smell. Soak it in a salted water for 4 hours.

  • Cut the fins and pour it with a boiled water. In a minute remove all the spikes with a knife. Then wash it and dry with a napkin.

  • Then salt the fins and pour with a lemon juice.

  • In 6 minutes heat the frying pan and melt the butter. Saute the fish until tender, but not overdo.

  • When the fish is done, pour it with a lemon juice. Season with your favorite spices.
