  • First, prepare the ingredients in the right quantities that you will use during cooking. Get the fish out in advance. Let it stand at room temperature for a few minutes. The fish should not be very cold when you start cooking it. Do other work during this time.

  • Let's start the cooking process. Turn on the oven and heat it to 200 C.

  • At this time, while the heating process is in progress, peel the potatoes. Then cut it randomly. Take a container and mix potatoes with oil, garlic, salt and pepper in it.

  • Take a baking sheet. It is recommended to cover it with parchment. Then place the potatoes on it. Bake potatoes within 15 min. Do not bring the potatoes to full readiness.

  • After the time has elapsed, remove the potatoes from the oven and do the next step. Move the potatoes to one side of the baking sheet. Place the salmon in the center and the asparagus in the other part of the baking sheet. The fish should be rubbed with chopped garlic and parsley. Prepare a mixture of lemon juice and melted butter. Pour mixture over salmon and asparagus. Salt all the ingredients of the dish and add various spices to your taste.
