Method

  • First, prepare the ingredients in the right quantities that you will use during cooking. Get the fish out in advance. Let it stand at room temperature for a few minutes. The fish should not be very cold when you start cooking it. Do other work during this time.

  • At this time, while the heating process is in progress, peel the potatoes. Then cut it randomly. Take a container and mix potatoes with oil, garlic, salt and pepper in it.
