Wash fish, cut the head and tail off. Then cut into steaks. Dry with a paper towel.
Cut the lemon into half, squeeze lemon juice. Pour it over the fish steaks. Leave for 10 minutes.
Combine the salt and white flour. Dip the fish steaks into flour mixture on both sides. If desired, add your favorite spices and dried herbs.
Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil. Transfer the fish steaks to the pan. Brown 5 minutes each side
How to get lemon juice. Take out the lemon from the fridge, leave it heat up for a few minutes. Then roll the fruit on your cooking board with your hands. This action helps to get more juice. Then slice the lemon crosswise using a sharp knife. Squeeze the lemon with the cutting side up, so the seeds don’t fall into the bowl.
