Ginger Miso Salmon Steaks are the ideal healthy weeknight fish dinner recipe! These easy to cook miso ginger salmon steaks are baked using the low and slow method to ensure perfectly cooked fish. Your family will absolutely love them. Just try it!

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 300 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Remove the scales from the skin by holding the salmon under cold running water and gently but firmly scraping the skin with a knife or spoon. Dry the salmon with paper towels and place them on the baking sheet.

  • Mix the miso paste, maple syrup, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl. Spoon the paste evenly over the top of the salmon steaks.

  • Bake the salmon steaks in the oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140 F and the salmon flakes easily. Remove the salmon from the oven and serve topped with some green onions.
